Delete your data

Every way to remove your information from DMagical.

If you use DMagical

• Remove one Instagram account: in the app, open Settings, Instagram, choose the account and select Disconnect and delete data. Its posts, comments, contacts and conversations are deleted right away.
• Close your whole account: open Settings, Account, Delete account. Everything is deleted within 30 days. Invoices are kept for 5 years because Norwegian bookkeeping law requires it.

From Instagram

Open Instagram, go to Settings, Apps and websites, and remove DMagical. Instagram tells us right away; we stop all access and delete the data that came from that account. Instagram shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

If you commented on or messaged a business that uses DMagical

The business decides what happens to its conversations, so the quickest way is to ask them. You can also email support@dmagical.com with your Instagram username and the account you talked to. We will confirm your request, pass it to the business, and make sure it is done within 30 days.
